Stained Glass
Stained glass is, at its core, the art of cutting small pieces of glass sheet into pieces and reassembling them to form a design. I use both copper foil and came in my stained glass work, depending on the requirements of the project.
For health reasons, my studio space is a lead-free zone. I exclusively use lead-free solder in my stained glass work, along with copper, zinc, or brass came. Traditionally, lead solder and lead came are at the center of all stained glass techniques, and are still commonly used by most stained glass artists. If you have concerns about coming into contact with lead, my lead-free stained glass pieces are a beautiful alternative!

Custom Lead-Free Stained Glass Artwork
I am always excited to create custom lead-free stained glass artwork! I can translate almost any image into a stained glass design, including logos, classic images, and portraiture. I use etched and painted details in some of my pieces to complete the artwork.
My custom stained glass animal portraits begin with a photograph supplied by the client. I carefully select the glass I use in these pieces to best capture the colors and expression of the animal.
